Does the 10% apply to recurring cleaning?
No — the program discount applies to one-time move-in, move-out, and deep cleans only. If your client later sets up weekly or bi-weekly service, they get our standard recurring rates, which are already discounted.
How do I get credit for a referral?
Your client mentions your name when they request a quote, or you book on their behalf. Either way, we attribute the job to you and apply the program discount.
Can I gift the discount to my client instead of keeping it?
Yes — that's the point of the program. Keep it as a thank-you reward, or pass it to your client as a closing perk. You choose on every job.
Who does the cleaning?
Experienced cleaning professionals vetted through our service standards — fully insured and bonded, using eco-friendly products that are safe for families and pets.
How fast can you schedule around a closing?
Tell us the deadline — listing photos, final walkthrough, closing, or move-in day — and we prioritize your job. Availability depends on the calendar, so the earlier you reach out, the more options we have.
What if my client isn't happy with the clean?
Every job is backed by our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee: if something wasn't cleaned to expectations, we come back and re-clean the area at no charge.
